ran very big
" I had read the reviews on these boots so I ordered down. They were still too big. The laces also were more for show as they didn't provide any additional support. I ended up returning them in the store for a pair that fit better. "

snow is comming
" this boot is great for the snow although we did not get any snow this time arround so I have to wait until we do so happy snowing!! "

good boot, great order
" show itself is fine, keeps feet warm and dry in snow. impressed with speed of dsw delivery. got the shoes on saturday, 3 days after order placed! "

Great boot but runs small!
" I ordered these online in my usual size, but upon delivery, I discovered that they run small. I thought it would be more convenient to exchange them at a store, so I went to my nearest DSW and they did not carry this model. The store clerk was very helpful and accepted the return for a refund, since they didn't have any other waterproof boots in a similar style. Because I needed them on a short time frame, I ended up buying different boots elsewhere but I'll know better next time I want to order Totes boots and will go up a size. "
