Great for some!
" I love these sandals and have gone through several pairs. Some people really don't like the massage bumps but I love them. Takes a while to get used to. This is at least my 3rd or 4th pair. Love them so much I wear them out. "

Depends on Your Goals
" Personally, I love these sandals. These sandals really are massaging your feet and a mini-reflexology session, however, not everyone agrees with me. A dear one has stated that these sandals are too much for the feet and prefers less of the massage points. I like them. So, it depends on your goals. If you want a bit of massage while standing or walking, these sandals are perfect and if you don't, they may not be. "
