Doesn't work for high arches

" I wish I could have kept these sandals. I have wide feet and high arches. I could not get much of the velcro to close on either the top, with too much overlap, or the back, not enough. "

Higher heel than previous models

" Nine West used to make a really good plain black boot that could be worn for hours at a time all around the city in all types of fall and winter weather. Unfortunately, they decided to go with a higher heel this time. I decided to return them and will continue looking for the replacement. Also, I found it difficult to figure out how to open the box. "

Wide is too narrow

" My feet usually fit into 6W but these were way too narrow, even for the wide size. It's too bad I am returning them because I really need a similar boot for city walking. If they were just a little wider I'd keep them. "
