In doubt, take 1/2 smaller
" Read from other buyers that these shoes run a little long, and I must admit I could have done with a 9 instead of a 9 1/2, but nothing that cant be fixed with a little padding behind the hill. Color and heel are great, had no rubbing problems at all "

LOVE THEM!!!
" These are awesome shoes! Can't wait to wear them, I know they will look spectacular with a pair of jeans or some kind of skinny pants! Definitely be sure to order one half size down as they do fit large - I NEVER wear an 8.5 and I took the other reviewers' advice and went with it and they fit perfectly on my size 9 foot. Despite the height of the heel they seem very sturdy on the foot due to the support around the ankle! "
