A GOOD ADDITION TO YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE
" I ALREADY WORKOUT REGULARLY AND WALK AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK - BUT ADDING THE SKECHERS SHAPE UPS HAS INCREASED THE BENEFIT FROM MY REGULAR EXERCISE ROUTINE. THERE IS A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE IN THE RESULTS THAT I FEEL (AND SEE) IN MY BUTT AND HAMSTRINGS FROM WALKING, AND I BELIEVE MY POSTURE AND MY CORE MUSCLE STRENGTH HAS IMPROVED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE SHOES TO MY FRIENDS. "

" I LOVE these shoes! Feels like you are walking on a soft bed with springs. I have a toe that is giving me grief...all my shoes hurt my feet right now but I can wear these. Still bothers me some after walking quite a bit on concrete but while standing still, like in a long check out line, you can rock back on your heels or stand in the center position and it takes the pressure off of the toes. I did notice some soreness in my legs and back after first few times of wearing but that is gone now and the comfort outweighs the soreness. "

Love These
" I read quite a bit about these Shape Ups before i bought them. I love them!! They are so comfortable, especially if you are spending alot of time on your feet. I can feel it working my leg muscles more than regular tennis shoes. "

" These Sketchers are great, I sometime have a problem wearing new shoes, but these -- no problems. I have been wearing them ever since I got them and are comfy. "
