Great walking shoes for anyone
" These are the best walking shoes I have ever had! They definitely tone you up as you wear them and you can feel them working to improve your posture as you walk.They seem a bit wide for me but I may just need to tighten the laces up a bit more.I liked them so much I got my husband a pair and he really likes his also.We can walk for a great distance and for a long time without tiring out and get added benefits with the toning they give us.Great purchase for anyone!! "

Comfy and Cute..
" Super cute for sure and very comfortable but I don't know that they are helping me to tone anything up all that much. I took a leap hoping that they really would make a difference on my leg muscles and maybe in the long run they will. In any case they do make me stand a little taller and since I'm short anything like that is a plus! "

Not sure about this shoe yet.......
" I was very excited about these shoes because I have plantar fascitis and the sketchers toners sandals were wonderful for walking. These have the same kind of heels with lots of support so I thought they would be the same. While, they are very comfortable and I can feel them working out my legs and back, they make my feet loose feeling after about a 1/2 mile of walking. It is like my feet go to sleep. Maybe I have to get use to walking in them but I have never had this happen before. I will see how it goes. "

Posture Improvement
" I wore my shape-ups for the first time to Disneyland. I brought along an extra pair of shoes in case my feet hurt, but the extra shoes stayed in the locker the entire time. I had improved posture and better balance from the shape Ups. "
