LOVE!
" I wore these once while I was just doing housework and cleaning my car. After that, my hips hurt, like there were air pockets in the joints. So I decided I would only use them for walking. MAN ALIVE! You really feel the difference quickly. I walk a 3.5 mile loop through my neighborhood, up and down several hills. These have definitely added a level of difficulty to my walk. I sure sweat now! My only complaint is that when I lace them up I have to tie them more snug around the arch than I normally would. If I don't, my foot almost slides half way out while I'm walking.
Overall, I love these shoes. I wish they made some that were white-collar-office appropriate! "

Great Sneakers
" I bought these for walking the dogs. I was worried because the information that came with it talked about needing to get used to them. They're so comfortable, it didn't take any time to get used to them or stretch them out etc... They fit perfectly and give that workout a little extra something that you miss with regular walking shoes. They look bulky but don't worry, they don't make your feet look fat. "

Shape Ups
" I really like the shoes! They look a little huge, so it's not like I would wear them when I am trying to look cute, but in place of your other tennies, they are fine! You can feel that it is creating a little more tension with your leg muscles, so they really seem to be effective. They won't tone your legs overnight, but they will defintiely help! "

Shape Ups
" I've waverd a long time on buying these--c'mon, they're $100! But, I really like them. They are "true to size" and am hoping they'll stretch a little because sitting or driving hurts a little--it's snug even with a thin sock. But walking is great/comfortable. I was scared to go a 1/2 size up because the sales person said the arch would "fit" right if the size wasn't just right, so I opted for "my size." Overall, I like them. "
