Felt it immeadiately
" I immeadiately felt the pull in my thighs. Definately dont wear them to long the first day until your body gets use to it. I had no problem walking in them but by feet were sore by the end of the day. "

Great walking shoes!
" I love the Sketchers! They run a little short so consider buying a half size larger than you normally wear. These are very comfortable shoes and I've noticed a positive change in my posture since I've been wearing them. I've also noticed that my core muscles (abs & lower back) remain active as I maintain the necessary balance . I wear them for walking and also for trips to the grocery store or anywhere I know I'll be standing and walking for any length of time. A note of caution -- these are not "running" shoes and should not be purchased with the intent of running or jogging. "

Run, Don't Walk and Buy These Shape Ups
" From the moment that I opened the box to the time that I put them on and started walking, I knew that I had made a wise decision. These Skechers are so comfy that you don't realize how wonderful they are in terms of giving you positive condtiioning, great posture and a happy feeling. They really are an innovative way to keep up your fitness and great foot/leg health. I give them beyond five stars!!!!! Plus I had two coupons and FREE shipping...can it get any better than that!!! "

Feels like walking on air
" These are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever worn. They are very springy and it feels like you are walking on cushions of air. I highly recommend them. "
