Broken Boots!
" Just bought these boots about a week ago and the heel just fell off of the right boot! I've only worn them twice and noticed that the heel part had fallen off and the suede was fraying around it. They are going to have to go back, which is an hour drive for me. Totally disappointed because I really liked them. They were really comfortable and I have been looking for a nice flat boot for a while, so I'm not too happy about it. "

" These are called "slouch", but the picture shows them at full length. Once you get them they do slouch down further. i was able to tie the knot at the top tighter and make them stay up though. "
