Great rainboots for walking around campus!
" These are great boots. I wanted something durable but comfortable enough to walk around in all day. I've had this pair for a couple weeks and I love them so far. They look pretty cute, too!
I bought the hunter green color, which is true to the picture but a bit boring. There's a subtle texture to the boots so they're not shiny, which I think is great. I also followed other reviewers' advice and ordered a size down, getting a 7 instead of my usual 7.5 or 8. The foot is still a bit roomy, but I don't think that I would want the calf any smaller. It's pretty fitted, which I like, but it almost makes the foot part seem disproportionately clunky in comparison. I do like the little heel and the heavy treads on the bottom, though -- makes me feel like these could handle mud or even snow.
The rubber kind of buckles around the ankle which feels awkward while walking, but otherwise they're very comfortable... and they are just rainboots, after all! Overall I'm very happy with them. "

Nothing like Hunter boots!
" I was looking for a classic, plain rain boot that wasn't clunky. Judging by the pictures online I thought these were perfect and very Hunter-like.... but they were nothing like that in person.
These boots were wide all over. They were especially in the ankle and calf-- I couldn't walk without feeling like my foot was about to pop out . Lengthwise, the size was a tad larger (as with most rain boots)... but not enough to make me think I should size down.
The boots were just very cheap looking and not at all attractive.
Do not buy these boots "

wish they had half sizes
" i'm normally a size 7 and i read the reviews saying it ran big so i got a size 6. i tried it on and it fit too perfectly. my big toe hit the end of the rainboot. everything else was perfect and looked really cute. but.... because i wanted to wear thick socks for snowy/slushy days, i ended up exchanging it for a size 7. the 7 is way bigger and a bit wider too. i dont like how it bobs around on my foot when i walk, but i'm going to keep it because its more practical than wearing a pair of rainboots around that bother my big toe
if there was a size 6.5, it would fit me perfectly!!!!!! however, i've already dont my research and these boots dont come in half sizes. :( "
