super cute
" my only complaint would be that i dont like that there is no obvious arch on the exterior of the shoe. other than that, the boots are SUPER cute and VERY warm and comfy...can't wait for snow so i can wear these everyday! "

Lukewarm about these
" I would've given these boots 3 stars, but I added an extra star for cuteness. Yup, they are cute! (OK, the laces are a tad too long and overly floppy, no biggie.) Love the plaid upper and grey duckie toe! (Not like other duck/bean boots with the brown soles that look like they got stepped in poo.) As other reviewers say, the boots do run short -- I'm consistently an 8.5 boot but ordered a 9 and the length just fits.
However, the fit and feel of these boots are not so nice. The ankle area is overly wide even if I pull the laces as tight as possible, which allows them to wiggle a bit when walking. The sole under the ball of the foot also feels quite thin and flimsy, and there is minimal traction on the under side of the sole -- I wouldn't recommend wearing them in icy conditions or on hard pack snow. It's not that they're necessarily uncomfortable for my feet, but it's just that they don't feel that durable or stable for winter boots.
I'm debating whether to return them because I just don't think they'll be that practical or last very long ... On the other hand, they're cute and I do like the waterproof feature. "

I LOVE THIS
" Its cute, comfy, and weatherproof!
Its my first time in Chicago and all my friends told me to get some "snow boots." I'm from California and our definition of "snow boots" are uggs. I thought of all the ugly snowboarding boots they sell but these are way different! The inside is fuzzy and the outside is weather proof!
I love them and I can't wait for the winter! "

Comfortable, but are they as warm?
" I'm looking forward to wearing these in the cold. I have worn them in the house to try them out and they're really, really comfortable. I ordered my usual size and they run big enough to leave room for thick socks. Perfect. Surprisingly, my toes don't seem to be as warm (indoors!) which makes me wonder just how thick my socks will need to be in really cold, snowy weather. We'll see. "
