Comfortable right from the beginning
" Pre-note: Disregard whatever my arrows say for short/long, narrow/wide, and comfy, because this feature of the review page wasn't very user-friendly. That said... these boots were absolutely true to size in both length and width, and they were incredibly comfortable the minute I put them on. Heel gives a nice leg line and a little height, but not so much that it's uncomfortable. I have fairly athletic calves, but I was able to tuck a pair of jeans in. Contrary to some previous posts, I didn't experience any kind of strong or weird smell - they just kind of smelled a little like leather, which I see as a good thing seeing as how I ordered leather boots. They had exactly the casual-but-not-too-casual cowboy boot look I wanted, and the color was pretty true to the picture. These boots really everything I'd hoped they would be. I'm really excited to wear them again and again. "

My Go to Boots
" This boot is absolutely gorgeous and is very comfortable. It is made very welI and has very subtle detail. I bought this in early fall and have been wearing it through out the harsh MN winter. It looks great with skiny jeans and leggings. You can either dress it up or down. The color has a bit distressed look, which I love and am in absolute "awe" with the purchase. If I need another boot, I would get it all over again. It is worth your money!!1 "

Love these boots!
" These boots not only look great, but they're so comfy! They run a little big - I got a half size smaller than I normally get. I'm a teacher, on my feet all day and I can wear them all day long and they still feel good at the end of the day. Definitely would recommend them! "

Great versatile boot
" I tried these in the store and ended up ordering a smaller size online since they were a bit big. I agree with other reviews that the leather is a little thinner than I'd like, and they arrived with a number of scratches already in the leather just from the packaging. (It was clear that they were not tried on previously.) That was a bummer, but it's difficult to find boots without a top or calf circumferance that is too large and sloppy, so these fit the bill. They're great with jeans and could easily go with a skirt. Love the cognac color since it goes with everything and is a little different than basic black or brown. "
