I wore them once, and never will again
" The back of the heel is so uncomfortable. I tried putting inserts in, but they did not help at all. I would not recommend buying these boots. "

My absolute favorite!
" The boots are the most comfortable boots i've ever had. Never had to break them in when they were new. Never once did they hurt my feet. They are looser in the calf but not too loose.. Great for wider feet & a little thicker calves..Great casual boot and also looks great with leggings and a sweatshirt.. perfect for dressing up and down.. trying to get another pair now and can't find them.. hope these come back!! "

Best boots ever!
" I bought two pair - one for my daughter who is an elementary school teacher and one for my niece who has a baby who doesn't walk yet. They both LOVED this boot...the heel was just right for adding just a bit of height and the boots were surprisingly comfortable whether standing on your feet teaching all day or carrying a baby! "

Wore them to Paris w/o breaking them in
" Great investment! I wore these the first day in Paris w/o breaking them in and they did not hurt one bit! During my trip 01-2010 it was snowing and the streets were wet, but it was not a problem with these boots! They also fit my calves very well (and I have muscular calves!) "
