Great Fitness Walking
" I have had the flip flops for a few years and just ordered a new pair. I saw that they now made sneakers which I was excited about, as I wanted to have something to wear all year around.
The shoes feel slightly unsteady at first, though you get used to them quickly and they do tone you up! "

shapeups
" very true to size. strongly advise to view the dvd that comeswith the shoes. they are def a balancing act but once i got the feel of them am able to complete 2 miles at the local high school track comfortably. they do what the say provided you use them. "
