LOVE SHOE

Shape Ups
" I not only use these shoes for walking but for work as well since I am up and down on my feet all day. I even tried them while standing and cooking in the kitchen for a couple of hours and I wasn't near as tired if I had worn any other pair of shoes "

sketchers shape ups
" they are the most comfortable walking sneaker i've ever worn, whether they help to lose weight, I can't say. If you do a lot of walking I would deifnitely recommend them. "

my knees love these shoes
" These shoes are great for anyone who has to stand on their feet for long periods of time. I've only had them for a month and already my feet don't hurt at the end of the day and most importantly, my knees don't either. Not to mention, my lower back also doesn't ache like it use to and my legs are getting a workout. These shoes are definitely worth the price! "
