These are great shoes/sneakers.
" Got them in Blue and white. Help my back pain alot. Not sure if my thighs or butt look any better. You probably would have to wear them all the time for that. But it does help with my back pain. Very good for walking when your going to be out all day. I like mine alot. My second pair. "

So comfy!
" I love these shoes - I wear them while shopping and running errands. A friend of mine makes fun of the way that they look but they are so comfy, I don't care! I don't really realize that I am getting more exercise until the end of the day - when my leg muscles ache a little. But the ache is a good thing because I bought them to burn more calories and tone my legs and gluts!
I ordered an 8.5 since that's what I usually wear - they are a little tight in the toes but I know that the next size up would be too big. I am hoping that they stretch out a little as I wear more.... "

women's sketchers-shape ups
" I had heard so much about these shoes that I ordered a pair for my husband and myself. He is keeping his, but I took mine back. the reason is I have a touchy knee and I just felt that the shoes put me in a different alignment than normal. I could be wrong, but I just felt kind of nervous walking around the house in them. Others swear by them. Maybe if you have any arthritis in your knees you might think about it and try them out in the store before buying. I like Sketchers, but the Shaoe-Ups are not for me. "
