" Buy at least half size bigger. Also need to tie fairly tight to keep heel from slipping. Working calves really well. "

Comfy shoes
" These run true to size and fit wider feet nicely. I usually get 9/9.5 and these fit me perfectly in a size 9. I wasn't in any pain the next day after the first walk but I work out regularly and I do have strong legs and butt anyways. Though an extra exercise for these muscles is only a plus so I love the shoes. The design is very pretty as well, I like the sparkly inserts on the sides! "

Sketchers Shape-Up: A nurses dream
" As a nursing student, shoes are an important part of keeping back pain to the minimum. I was one the people that swore not to buy the sketchers shape-up. Thinking it was just another gimmick, I swore by my Nike shocks. All the nurses and nursing students wearing the Shape-Ups were in good shape at the end of the clinical days. We were always trying to catch up to them. Now that I have the Shape-Ups I am totally sold. They fit wonderful and fit great on my feet. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. "
