Diba Gael 108802 Over the Knee Boot
" This boot is sexy and comfortable. It can be worn cuffed as a knee boot as shown in the picture. It can also be uncuffed and worn over the knee. Both sides of the cuff are studded so the metal details show either way you wear the boot. I have skinny legs and there is pleanty of room in these to pull them on over skinny jeans without straining the seams. They only have a partial zipper, so that may be an issue if you have thicker calves. My only complaint is that the material is not as heavy as it appears on-line. They are not as sturdy as a leather boot would be. "
