Great tread!

"I like these boots, they have good tread for tracking in the snow or ice. They are abit narrow but not too bad if you don't have wide feet. The inside feels nice and furry-soft. First time I wore them was in the rain and they were warm and water-proof. Only thing i would change is I wish they were abit taller. But either way I like them, and they are a great investment while living in Minnesota."

Not ideal for snow

"For the price and from a company like Pajar, I expected a rugged snow/ice boot. The sole is sturdy, but the stitching around the duck boot at the top of the foot could be better. The leather also creases easily. They run narrow at the front of the foot and too big at the back, with no half sizes. The footbed is comfortable, but the inside of the duck boot part is stiff. The reason I scored them so low is that the leg opening is too big (I have wide calves, too) and the top of the tongue sticks out really far and won't lie flat like in the picture. Not enough eyelets to lace up over the tongue to hold it down. I saw another model of Pajar boots with a pull toggle at the back in addition to laces. That would fix the design fault with these."

"No break in needed. The first time I put them on, it was a cold rainy day. I wore them all over town and they were very comfortable. My feet were kept dry and warm. Have not tested them in the snow yet."

waited for it, knew I'd love it!

"I was looking for a winter/all weather boot, and saw these a few months ago. I waited for the price to be right, and then purchased them instantly, and I am not disappointed! They are comfortable, solid, and best of all, keep my feet dry!:) I love them! I bought a 6, when I usually wear a 6-7."

Great boot but needs better laces!

"I bought this boot through DSW after having first tried it on in a store (more expensive). I tried on both sizes 6 and 7, 6 being almost too small, 7 a little big (a 6.5 would have been PERFECT). Sports sock work great and the boot's kept my feet dry and warm throughout hours of snow shoveling in knee deep snow. The only con is the lace quality: after several times out in the snow (and the laces de-thawing to untie), they've become very frayed to the point where I'll have to replace them before I wear the boots again. For their cost and good reputation as boot-makers I would have expected this small, but important detail to be top-notch...Overall though, a really great investment."

Comfy, warm winter boot

"I bought these boots since I live in an area where it gets really cold and there is lots of snow. These boots are AWESOME!!! They are really warm and comfortable. I was expecting this boot to be really heavy for some reason but it is so lightweight."
