" I was looking for a riding boot with a lower rise and thought these looked cute online. I was VERY disappointed in the quality once I received them. They have the shaft height I was looking for but the leather is thin and the finish is cheap looking. The heel which looks good online, really looks plasticy and cheap. Very poor quality, Very disappointing. These are definitely going back. So far I love working with DSW because they are friendly and have been very good about exchanges. I hope customer service continues their great work. "

Comfy casual boots (fits wide calfs)
" These great casual comfortable boots look fab over a pair of skinny jeans, and they fit my wide (16 inch) calfs. They were snug at first, but after a few wearings they did stretch out. There's also lots of ankle room, for those who like to tuck regular bottomed jeans into boots. "

Great Boots!
" I was in the market for some comfortable black boots that I could wear through the winter. I was actually walking out of the store with my 'comfort' boots when I decided to give them a shot; they were much more stylish. All of my shoes are 10's (with the exception of 1 pair), so since the 10 was a little too big for me, I got a 9.5. They were stiff looking at first but after I wore them a few times they got the more 'relaxed' look I was going for. I am 5'8" and they are about 4-5 inches from my knee and they are wonderfully fit through the my calves which I normally have trouble with! My first but not last pair of Civico's!!! "

Not as expected
" I have been looking for a good leather riding boot and these looked really cute. However, these were not at all what I hoped for. I was looking for a tall boot and these were too short. The leather was thin and didn't provide great structure around the ankle. They appear cheap overall. Needless to say, I returned these and I'm back to searching for that perfect pair. "
