Great boot for the price!
" Ok, I ordered 4 pair of boots just trying to find one pair that worked. The leather is nice and yes, like another reviewer stated, the leather is somewhat thin, but only on the shaft and not the shoe part of the boot. I do not think this is a bad thing, it makes them not look so stiff and bend better at the ankles. I have 14.5" calves and these boots have plenty of room to tuck jeans into without being tight. They are a little loose, especially in the heel area, but I have skinny heels and I always put inserts in anyway and I also have room to wear slightly thicker socks. I usually wear an 7.5/8 and ordered an 8 but may have been able to wear a 7.5. Overall, very nice boot! I may order them in brown as well. "

Brown Ones
" I ordered the brown ones and returned them. I would not recommend these because the leather is thin and looks cheap. If I paid less for them I would have kept them (they are a nice boot) but I don't think they are a good value for the money. "

LOOKS LIKE PLASTIC
" Agree with other reviews, went to the store before ordering just to see quality. I cannot believe it is leather: it looks and feels like soft rubber, the top of the boot falls to the ground because it doesn't have any body to it (it doesn't stand like the photo) It doesn't stay up long either when you wear it, it slides down.
Also, if worn with pants, it is thin as fabric, so it reveals all the creases of the pants underneath.
Do not recommend at all. "
