" These boots are very comfy- I bought them because I had a pair of frye veronica slouch boots that were super similar in style to these, but much too clonky and thick and I wanted something lighter and more feminine. These do the trick, although I think I could have gotten away with a 7.5. That is my usual size, but I always get half a size more when ordering boots jic. "

Too Wide, Not Wide Enough?
" I was so excited to try on these riding boots when they arrived. They are very cute and the exact look I was going for. After reading the reviews I ordered my regular shoe size and did not go for the wide version, although I have a wide calf. So after trying the boot on, I am left a bit confused...The shoe is slightly long and slightly wide but not wide enough on the calf for me to wear with jeans or even leggings for that matter and too slouchy for my taste in the ankle. If I were to wear them under my jeans they would fit around the calf just fine but then what would be the point of having the boots in the first place? I would recommend that if ordering this particular boot to order one half size down unless you plan to wear with thick socks and not to order if you have a wide calf and would like to wear over a pair of jeans. Unfortunately my much anticipated wait to finally own a pair of riding boots is to be continued. "

" Love these boots. I bought them last winter and wear them all the time and I still get complimented on them regularly. Super comfy and perfect for everyday wear. They're just a tad roomy, but they work great with winter socks. Definitely a good buy. "
