A bit disappointed but still committed.
" I've been wanting a pair of riding boots for a while, so when I saw these, I had to have them. When I got them home and wore them a bit more, for some reason I assumed the shaft of the boot would have more structure. At any rate, I ended up keping them. I don't wear them as much as others I have bought from DSW since then. They are good to just throw on when not wanting to fuss over shoe/boot options. "

" I have 14" calves, and these are the first pair of tall boots not labeled 'wide calf' that can just fit me. They're snug at my calves but are quite loose and slouch at the ankle, so it looks weird with anything other than pants. But that being said, they look AMAZING with any pant or jeans. I can't wait until the weather cools enough so I can wear them everywhere! Very comfortable. "

" Very cute but it does run wide. I have average size calves and find that even with leggings these boots could be a little narrower. I get compliments and wear them all the time, but wish they weren't so wide in both the foot and calf. "

" These boots are pretty nice. They give off a preppy, sophisticated and classy feel. The zipper is super convenient if you want to stuff pants in your boots.
I ordered brown, and I found that the color was a bit darker in real life than in the picture. It still looks good though.
As mentioned in other reviews, the material at the top of the boot is unlined and subsequently pretty thin. This makes the boot slouch a little, which is sort of annoying, but not a huge deal.
Overall, I'm really glad I bought these boots! They match with anything and be dressed up or down :). "
