Great Boot!
" I started looking some new higher quality brown boots to replace ones that I currently own and found these. I love these boots! Some of the Good and the Bad below:
The Good:
- They look fabulous!
- Some boots that say 14-14.5" calf circumference don't always fit my calf comfortably (depends on the brand), a bit of a squeeze sometimes BUT these fit very well. They are the perfect size and have enough structure up top that even if your calves were a bit smaller, I think it would hold up well without slouch.
- Leather upper which is good for running around in the rain or snow and durability. A non-porous upper was a must have for me for this reason.
- Grippy soles. A pet peeve of mine is when makers leave the soles of their shoes slick, its a fall risk and definitely not appropriate for boots. These boots have a great sole, no slipping with these guys.
The Bad (finding bad things to say was a challenge but here they are):
- Not 100% leather like I expected, it would have been nice for durability reasons.
- A bit narrow in the foot (I wouldn't say I have wide feet but I am on the wider end of normal). I have worn them a few times already and they have already stretched a bit that it doesn't bother me. Wear thinner socks teh first few times and you will be fine.
- A bit uncomfortable in the foot bed. Not a lot of padding there so finding an thin insert will help these a ton. However, I am a stickler for comfortable shoes so if you are the kind of girl that wears ballet flats or walks around in really firm soled flip flops in the summer then these will be fine.
All in all, I highly recommend these boots - 5 star rating because they stretched a bit to fit my slightly wide of normal foot and a simple foot bed insert for comfort will make these my favorite boots in my closet. "

cute boots
" very comfy, cute boots. i dont think they look cheap at all, but the inside of the shaft are very rough, which rubbed against my tights and i ended up with little fiber balls where the friction were :(
other than that, i feel that the shafts are a little wide even when i have skinny jeans tucked in. and the shaft is a little soft so they wont stand up, and when i wear them there are wrinkles around the ankles. that bothers me a little bit but i dont think people notice so its ok. "
