great, but not leather...
" Very comfortable shoes...tight enough in the front and sides so there's no slipping, but enough room at the top for freedom of movement when walking or dancing--or running, as I've done in these :)
The one disappointment I have with this shoe is that Steve Madden didn't think a $100+ "luxe" shoe was worth making out of real leather (DESPITE the name; I expected leather from that and the description on the DSW website, but the marking inside the heel of the actual shoe says "all man made materials")...but since I got them on sale, it's not a big deal.
Overall, cute shoe, warm dark gray color goes well with a lot of clothes, and super comfy--one of my favorite shoes for clubbing! "

Great bargain!!!
" I bought these on sale in the store and though I usually don't like brown these were very well fitted and sophisticated so I couldn't resist. This pair looks great with jeans and skirts, and they fit well so there is almost no gaping on the top, which is usually an issue for me with ankle boots. Got a size 9, so it runs true to size. "
