" Finally, a brand of shoe that runs 'true to size' per US sizing chart. But this is the first time I ordered a Wide, so I can insert an Orthotic and wear a thick sock, for added padding. I previously tried several brands, which none were worth their high prices. I grew weary of trying to commit to a color theme, so went back to basic white, full leather. The weather changes daily here, so need full leather for practicality purpose. DSW provides excellent customer service and thank you for your ongoing coupons, discounts, sale prices, and free shipping (when applicable). "
