I LOVE DSW
" I needed to return a pair of shoes that I had ordered online that just were not what I thought they would be when I got them in the mail. I went to the store and talked with an employee and she told me that they could exchange the shoes no problem even though the store didn't carry those exact shoes. I was very pleased because some stores will make you ship an item back if they don't carry it in the store. I went to look around and found a wonderful pair of Jessica Simpson shoes. They were thrity dollars more than the shoes I was needing to exchange but totally worth the thirty dollars. Her shoes are by far the most comfortable heels I have ever been in. I can wear a pair all day and my feet will never hurt. They are super cute and I can't wait until summer time to wear them all they time! "

cute, but didn't love them
" these looked ADORABLE online and so I purchased them in a size 8. when they arrived they were still very cute, but look much more gray than tan (as pictured online). also, my foot is a little wider and dont have tiny ankles, so the shoes were very unflattering for my ankle/foot. unfortunately i had to return these. i am sure they would look great on someone with narrow feet and thin ankles though "

Great looking shoe but....
" I love these shoes, however, the straps do not fit entirely snug on my feet. I did place extra cushions inside to keep my feet from slideing down which has helped a little with the fit. Overall, the shoe is great looking and I can't wait to wear them. "
