ideally stylistic but not for hiking
" I bought this in my reg size 9 and it fit, but was not comfortable enough for long walks and much less for rocky terrain hikes, so I bought the next size up thinking the discomfort may have been fixed by sizing up (thicker socks). Alas, that didn't work. I could wear this for regular walking in the city and they are super cute and would have love them otherwise, but as a hiker - these were subpar. It made my least favorable merrell hiking boots feel like pillows in comparison. sadly, I had to return. Hopefully I will find a good hiking shoe (with good bed for my feet) to wear on moderate to harsh terrains. The worst thing to do is hike on a trail with too many pebbles and feeling everyone one of them. Unfortunately, I will have to stick to my running shoes (asics) which are a more comfortable and safer option than these.

not as attractive in person
" the squares are not as pronounced in person and the black is a more bland black than pictured. Both red and black online look richer in color (sharper colors and quilt look) than in real life. They are both duller looking in person and smaller. The mannequin really screws up with perception of proportions. If it helps, think of a 10 year old (or 5'1" petite person) holding that bag (mannequin size) to better gauge the sizing. I'm 5'8" (size M/8) and that bag looks at least 1/3rd, if not half, smaller in person.

TOO BIG all around
" these are cute but they were ginormous. went by the reviews, hesitantly because incredulous that they would be so big, but the reviewers were right. I sized down from a size 9 to 8.5. They were long and sooo wide, they keep falling off my feet. Now I can't return them because I used them once. I am keeping them for days I hurt my feet from hiking or anything that requires the extra room. They are super cozy because essentially i have so much space between my feet and the actual shoe. They do look really big compared to all my shoes, including the sorel snow boots. I bought the 8.5s but they look like a size 10. The optics: make my legs look skinny with big feet. ugh

The perfect combo: style and comfort
" I am a size 9, yet these booties make my feet look small. They are TTS, super cozy (like pillows wrapped around your feet) and so easy to walk on through out the day. The black ones are so great, stylish and even wore them under slacks today at work (high profile professional environment) and they were more than suitable. They do have some minor defects (saw two pairs - #1, 1 shoe with shine and one without, and #2 one I bought, had adhesive exposed at the side of the bootie, which can't be removed). But the comfort and style does outweigh the minor defects. The shine issue was too obvious, so that one I'll be surprised if anyone buys them. I would buy another pair, but alas, my size sold out!

low quality flat but Super cute
" I like good leather flats and avoid synthetic materials because I like my skin to breath - but this one was a quick pick because of the color. Thought I would be returning it, but turns out it's too cute to just pass. I am a size 9 and had to size up to 9.5 for a better fit (comfort is okay given the low quality but that's what you pay for). Overall, i like them. My feet look normal, not huge and the flats surprisingly don't look cheap from a distance so was able to wear them for work.

Pretty nice and comfortable
" Really love these sneakers. They are super comfortable for long walks and the colors are just nice; they go lovely with olive tones. They run TTS. Size 9 looks great on my feet! Those of us with big feet know shoes that make your feet look normal to small are hard to come by and these are one of those without compromising comfort. Definitely one of my favorites now.

Surprisingly, not a fan
" I didnt like these and I usually find Rocket Dog to be a great for quality and low price product/s. Here, this one the plastic bottom over extended on the side of the shoes and just did not look good. I do love the olive color and liked the canvas/material and comfort was okay (sized up). Design was not executed well on my 9" feet, so I will return and exchange for a better design even if will cost more $.

comfort for the go but with a caveat
" I bought these for casual days at work when my feet need a break and may need to do some walking. I think they actually look better in person although the bottom looks like plastic but barely noticeable. The shoes are super comfortable and are great even to wear with a suit (which didn't expect). The cognac color was a perfect match for a bag I have, so I rocked them with a gray skirt suit and got many compliments. I am only giving them 4 stars because they are either too low in the back or too long on my feet. They kept falling off my feet when I was walking. I was so embarrassed that in a 5 block radius, i kept stumbling like at least 3 times because the shoe kept coming off. Unfortunately, I had already ordered the black ones before walking on these. I will keep both because they look nice.

got caught up with the fuzz about being so great
" but this shoe is not. I have been looking for an olive color flat shoe for sometime and finally thought I hit the jock pot when I read the raving reviews to learn that it's not for everyone. The shoe is comfortable and fits TTS but the design makes my feet look wider than they are and the color was disgusting. the color is an ugly green (mistletoe at best) and felt was wearing something Santa Clause helpers would wear during the holidays. I saw it and try it on and was repelled with what i saw. I give it two stars because the shoe was comfortable and perhaps okay quality (after all it's only $50). The black and gray may be better but I dont care to find out. There are way many better flats out there and rather pay more than to keep these.

" I love good leather bags (preferably full grain leather) and am willing to spend good money for it. Although the negative reviewer is right about the quality leather being substandard and unsubstantial for this tote, I think it is priced appropriately given that it's a beautiful functional bag. Priced at $100, this is a great deal. the light color pairs wonderfully with suits and any outfit. Great construction (though the handles are thin), but the fit is perfect to carry all essentials while not being bulky. Highly recommend.

Cute amd great color but
" the earring falls apart the minute you remove it from the packaging. It is not glued together, so you have to put the stud through the hole of the tassels every time you wear these. It's a pain and easy to lose if it loosens up from your ear. As for the design is really cute and would have loved it if it werent for this problem.

Sturdy bag/long strap/great color
" this bag is designed well, has great construction - good quality overall. It's perfectly boxy, which is not my style of bag, but it's still great to have for business suit attire or a night out. It's conservative looking and the color is like a light amaretto (taupe in creamier hue) classes it up. It's not the most comfortable bag; the strap is a tad bit long, but I am tall so still works but it's the better one of all the other Lodis of the similar design (longer/smaller) selling right now. I bought those and returned. However, I am happy with this purchase.

Good looking comfy shoe but beware
" This shoe runs wide, and I have regular-to-wide feet. It is still a very attractive shoe, but it creates blisters at the back of your feet if walk too much on them (half of mile). I didn't realize the blisters because the shoes have cushion and fits perfectly (not short or narrow) and are wide, but the material rubs against your skin in the back and peels the skin off. I was going to buy another pair for casual and one for work, but my feet screamed no. I will use a band-aid for the next use.

BLUE OXFORDS
" I only saw the blue ones at the store. These were cute, but didn't like how they looked on my foot, so i bought 3 of the other oxfords of the same brand but different design. The sizing is consistent with this brand name, so I say half size up is good. It is good leather and it molds to your foot, which is good for comfort but also gives of the shape as effective as a sock would on your foot because of the thin but supple leather. I am a size 9 everywhere else but in this brand (i am a 9.5). I say half size up to avoid those issues (or pain later after a day of wearing these; unnoticeable when on). nice shoes.

Solid Shoes
" I saw this at the DSW store and had to have them. They are comfortable, attractive looking, and the natural brownish color is a must have. Very versatile color and design for all colors and wardrobe selection. The only downside is that it scuffs easily and the color rubs off and underneath you'll find some white/light color contrast which is disappointing. These ones are the leather ones, unlike the other one that are on sale now. I always opt for leather as it stretches and your feet can breath. I prefer the 9West ones in this color but this ones retain their shape longer. I wouldn't call these hideous, but everyone has their own taste. I am a size 9 and although these are pointy and my feet are wide (I wear M though), they are still attractive shoes & look attractive on - simple basics.

brown - SUPER CUTE - received many compliments!
" I found the last pair of these at the store a size half bigger (i am a size 9 & got them in 9.5). I refused to leave the store without them, so i tried them on to see if they were too big...they were just perfect! buttery soft leather, malleable (in my case you can see where my toes ended which i am not a fan but decided to buy them because they were comfortable). Despite the thinner leather, i was sold and bought them and ran back to the office and ordered 2 other pairs at dsw.com like this design and size 9.5 (taupe and blush color). They are not cheap but they are a really good deal for leather oxfords (my other oxfords go for $200+), so at the end, I struck gold - a happy owner of 3 of these!

LOVE/HATE relationship
" Gorgeous bag and can never have enough cognac color in my wardrobe and agree with what the previous reviewer said about sturdy and wishing the strap was adjustable to have bag closer to torso area. I will add, that i never nicknamed a bag before this one -only one day of use, i call it the Bermuda triangle. it has so many compartments and the shaft/opening is so narrow that you have to struggle to reach the compartments if you have anything other than business cards and a small make up bag ... i lost my metro card and credit card and found them after i emptied out all the contents on top of my desk. Never happened to me before to that extent. it's just not a practical design...and i'm 5'8" and found it uncomfortably bulky in the outside yet incredibly narrow for use in the inside - a phenomenon. I may just exchange it for the wider and shorter version - undecided. a beautiful bag; just not practical for basic use.

nice oxfords
" i wanted to get this for my fiance a year ago but DSW sold out, so when they came back i bought them right away. He is in between a size 9 & 9.5 and he liked the fit of the 9.5. the color on the picture seems more uniformed cognac throughout than what we received - more darker cognac by toe box and lighter caramel color throughout- but it's still a great pair of shoes. He liked them despite me offering to get him other options if he wasn't happy. He found them nice and comfortable which is a win-win for me.

" I ordered these because I bought the mandola's in taupe suede through the 9W website and they were a great find and fairly comfortable for 8-10 hours (a whole day may be a toll to your feet). However these black ones run short by comparison. I think at best, I need to break in into them, something i didn't experience for the same size for the 9W sold ones. I don't know why there is a difference. I am still undecided if I will return.

Great price for quality but bad color
" went to the store to see this bag in person. the leather is of great quality, supple but the color was not well thought out - shame to say but the brown hue is a bitter one, very tart looking and almost like something you would rid off (in the bathroom, sorry) instead of wanting to carry this around. it's unfortunate because I like the bag otherwise. Manufacturer should recall these from all stores and change to a different color. Otherwise would lose money (markdown for anyone to want to buy).
