must have boots
" These boots are superb! They are comfy, real soft leather. I get so many positive comments. I wear them with skirts and jeans, but at all times they are stylish. I bought in my size (a size 9) and I was happy I did not go 1/2 size down. I wear them with and without socks and they fit well. "

Buyer Beware
" These are actually very nicely made from soft, supple leather, and I was quite excited when I ordered them in both brown and black. However, when they arrived, even though I had ordered the size I normally wear, they were seriously too big (like by at least two sizes), and the shaft was soo big around, there was no possible way I could keep it up around my calves, and I don't even have little calves by any means. I had to return them. If you order these, I would go down at least a full size (from 9.5 to 8.5). Too bad... "

If you know going in....these are great!!!
" I read the reviews before I bought these, so I knew to get a half size smaller than I usually wear. The leather is soft, so the boots scrunch a bit, but that's the style now, so I don't mind it. You can also fit jeans underneath them, since there's a bit of room. I also like that since the leather is soft, you can wear the boots 4 different ways, as the photos show on DSW. I got the brown ones, and I've gotten so many compliments, which in New York, is quite a feat! :) "

Runs really big!!!!
" The size is totally off....and its pointless that this boot is an over the knee, because it doesnt stay up anywhere near your knee. I would not recommend this boot! "
