Perfect for winter: comfort and style
" I read the other reviews about this boot and would have to agree that the boot does slouch. I'm 5'9 and depending on the type of pants I wear, it will slouch. For example, with leggings, the shaft will stay in the calf region, but with fitted jeans, it hovers below the knees. (thick socks help) The boots is very soft and easy to clean. It's also very comfortable. It's a great riding boot and looks stylish. I love it but don't be fooled, the boot will not stand up as in the picture. "

" The boots are nicely made with beautiful leather, but the shaft of the boot is too soft. Another reviewer commented on this, but I did not listen and ordered them anyway. When I received them, I immediately tried them on, and the leg of the boot immediately fell into a slouchy puddle around my ankle and lower calf. By all means, if this is the look you are going for, you should go for it. "

Great Boots!
" I really like these boots, especially the color. The only part of the boots that are a little misleading is that in the picture, they look like sturdy, thick boots. However, they are more of a slouch type boot. Even though they were slouchy, they still stayed above the knee for me (i'm 5'2''-5'3''). They were also a little loose around the ankle- but either way i still think they were a great buy and I can't wait to wear them again. "

buy 1.5 sizes smaller!!
" beautiful and really expensive boots! i was lucky to get them on huge sale! when unpacked them, i was amazed how soft, well made they were!! but the 7 size.. appeared to fit rather 8/8.5!! that was so sad. fortunately, one friend of mine wears 8.5!!! so, i just gave the boot to her, and she loves them! "
