" Bought both the black and brown version of these shoes because I thought they were so cute BUT I'm so disappointed because BOTH pair broke after I wore them 6 or 7 times! The straps completely unraveled and beads were every where! rocket dog had something similar to these a couple of years ago and i wore those out so I was so excited to see that I could replace my worn out pair, but the new ones were definitely a disappointment. Writing to Rocket Dog to let them know! "

" I bought these flip flops in mid-May by July 3rd the threading ripped and the beads went flying all over the place. I expected to be able to wear my new $30 flip flops for more than 6 weeks. I didn't even wear them that often. "

Darling flip flop
" Love the looks of this flip flop....but not so comfy at first. The beads press on the top of my foot. The more I wear them the more they mold to my foot so they are getting better. "

LOVE it but…
" LOVE LOVE LOVE this flip flop HOWEVER (and this is a big deal) I was wearing them today and the left outer support strap just came apart. Beads fell off. Thankfully I was sitting down when it happened so I could pick it all up and put the pieces in my purse. I have worn these sandals A LOT this past few weeks so my heart is broken. I am contacting DSW & Rocket Dog to find out what sort of warranty claim I can make. "
