Great bag except for top zipper
" Overall the bag is great - there are several pockets and it is very handy when you're on the go and have a lot of things to keep organized. The look is nice and the strap adjusts to be as long as you want it. The only problem is that the top zipper, on one end, sort of folds over and down into the bag itself. Kind of hard to explain, but basically when you unzip the bag, the zipper starts to sort of disappear down into the bag and it is a total pain to get it back out again. I have to make sure I never unzip it all the way otherwise it is a real hassle. That zipper just needs to get fixed and then it'll be perfect. "

Pleasantly surprised
" I got this crossbody bag in black, and it was bigger than I originally thought when I looked at it online. I was surprised in a good way! I'll be getting some good use out of this cute purse. "

Nice for a temporary bag
" I thought I got a real steal, but the quality was visably poor (stitching coming apart and fraying within a few weeks). I've had it for 3 months now and here I am again shopping for a new purse because the strap broke. I should have gotten something better in the first place. "
