Very nice
" I actually expected these to be more rigid than they are. They are quite comfortable! They have a nice finish on them as well, and they will look good with slacks or skirts. "

Not what was expected...
" Grey was my color for winter, thought these booties would be perfect but I'm an average size 8.5 and slightly narrow (not uncommon for me to have room in the heal of most shoes) however, these shoes rubbed right at my ankle bone and had enough room (even zipped) that I could layer four pairs of socks and still have some give around the ankel area. I gave them a couple of wears to break them in and they've sat in the closet ever since, my worst DSW purchase to date. "
