Lightweight and breezy
" I bought the New Balance 615 walking shoes in store. I love it for its airy mesh construction and light weight material. But because size 10M or 10.5M was not available, I tried out 11M and it fit me just as well. Since I normally wear thick, cushy sport socks with sneakers, the added size didn't feel too big, and my feet didn't slide inside the shoes. I've worn it riding stationary bike in the gym and running errands and shopping. But my feet felt achy after walking and standing for a long day, so I don't recommend wearing this shoe for walking for long duration and running as these shoes have very thin support in the forefoot and the heel area. I've been using Dr. Scholl's arch support inserts in this sneaker to give me extra cushion and support. Overall, I feel the NB615 walking shoes are good for short walks on warm days if you want a lightweight and breathable pair of walking shoes. "
