Easy on the feet; easy on the eyes
" Supportive, good-looking, versatile, well-constructed: this shoe handles parking lots, malls, and dirt trails with aplomb. While the WW646 is a little more narrow in the forefoot than I would have expected for a shoe of this type, it is still very comfortable and does the job. I was able to wear them for hours straight out of the box without pain or blisters. "

Good Shoe, Narrow Toe
" I bought these for a trip to Europe. I have had many pairs of New Balance sneakers, and these were much more narrow in the toe box than the others. So, I returned them for the same size, Wide, and am now happy with the fit. They feel warmer than my usual white sneakers, but that's probably the nature of these walking shoes. They do offer a lot of support. "

NB 646 Walking Shoe
" I replaced my worn-out New Balance 645's with the New Balance 646. The 646 is good but the 645 (which is no longer available) was great. "

Good walking shoe
" This is a comfortable walking shoe - they feel durable and thick enough to keep your feet warm but breathable. My only very small complaint is that the arches feel high. It made them uncomfortable for the first couple days of breaking them in, but I know they'll soften up a bit. I like the look a lot - casual but subtle enough to wear to work with khakis. "
