Cheap Clasp
" I bought this bag in black for everyday errands. It was perfect until the metal clasp that holds the strap to the bag became loose and now it comes apart all of the time. It's not something that can be fixed with tightening. Basically, the metal joining piece is too short to make it close all of the way. I hope I can return it. I bought the nude one and the clasp looks ok. "
