" The reason I gave a low rating is due to several reasons. When my shoes arrived the right boot was crushed and the material was wrinkled in the foot area. After wearing the shoes around inside for two hours, I noticed peeling "leather" near the front of the left boot. Not acceptable for boots I had in my possession less than 24 hours that did not even make it outside. Not very comfortable, gave me a blister and yes, I wore socks. Nice style overall, I like that they zip up and have a sturdy sole. I have sent them back for another pair so hopefully I fare better this time! "

great boots!
" I had seen these boots in the store but they didn't have them in my size. I never order shoes online, but decided because the reviews were so great, I would give the boots I try. I love them! They look great and are the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever had. "

great casual boot
" very comfy and stylish. fits my foot perfectly. i ordered them in black and love the subtle brown stitching so that i can potentially wear with both brown and black. the boots are also slightly lined, which made for a pleasant surprise. "

not for petites
" Don't buy if you're small! I am a small boned petite lady and found that these boots were way too big in the calfs. Very dissappointed because they are comfy. I wanted to be able to wear these with boot cut jeans and over skinny jeans. Over skinny jeans, there was a 1 1/2 gap in the back and under boot cut jeans they made my legs look like Popeye. I don't consider my legs to be super skinny stick legs so I am surprised they were this big. "
