Cute flat
" So, the first thing I check on a new shoe is the sole. This sole looked like it would be grippy, but it is actually a little slippery on a bare floor. Not terribly so, and I haven't fallen in them nor do I feel like I will fall in them; otherwise it is a nice, cushioning sole. That being said, these will take a little time to break in. I first wore them on a busy day where I was up and down stairs and walking all over the place with no socks and I managed to rub off some skin and bleed a little. They do run 1/2 size small and still have some room, so with a pair of trouser socks or thin socks next time they should be perfect and I don't anticipate any issues again. Now, if you bought them and love, love, love the embellishment on the toe, I have bad news for you. The chain came lose on day 1, which then lead to the beads falling off, so I had to cut them off the second shoe to match. I still have the little diamond accents. I am not sad about this as the shoe is comfy and cute without all of the extra embellishment and I had thought about removing it anyway. Despite all of these things, I still highly recommend this shoe because it is cute, broken in it is comfy, and it has good support. I got a ton of compliments that first day even after losing all of the bling. "

different kind of flats
" These are definitely one of a kind. I bought these but then returned them because I felt weird in them - I thought the soles were too noticeable (or maybe I fixated on that too much?). Both colors (black/purple and brown/pink) are great color selections and the pearl detailing makes these swoon-worthy. I may re-purchase at a lower price or something in the future but I was just not as in love with the shoe as I thought I would be. "
