Not really over the knee!
" I love these boots because they are very versatile; they go well pretty much with everything, but if you're looking for an over-the-knee boots, these are not. I'm 5'5 and they cover one third of my knee. I was going to return them, but they are so cute that I did not have the heart for it, so I guess now I will have to buy one pair that is really over-the-knee. "

Amazing boots!
" These boots not only fit well but they are also SO cute and comfortable! Great for going out in or just wearing to run errands. They're not thigh-high but are over-the-knee, which is a nice compromise for those of us working our way into the OTK look. I'd definitely recommend these. "

perfect over the knee boots
" These boots are very comfy! I can wear them all day and night. they are easy to dress up or dress down, perfect for every occasion. I found them a little tricky to take off because they are over the knee and there isn't a zipper to them, but overall they are my favorite fall boots! "

Disappointing
" I was really excited to get these boots but was disappointed when they arrived. The material was not the quality that I expected and parts of the shoe seemed to have rubbed off in transit. The shoes did come up to my knees, so that was satisfactory. Overall, I will be returning these and buying a more solid pair instead. "
