Great Boot - lots of compliments
" This is a great boot. I actually wanted it last season but didn't find it in my size so I was quick to order it this year. I absolutely love these boots. They go with everything and I always get compliments on them. They are really comfy to wear. I went with the other recommendations and ordered an 8 which fits perfectly. I normally wear an 8.5 "

Good for wide calves!
" I've bought these boots twice!
The boot shaft is wide enough for a larger than average calf. I bought the 8 1/2 and it fits very true to size.
The leather is nice, but it does wear rather quickly. I've had them polished up a number of times. It adds character, though if you're the kind of person who wants a slick looking boot, these probably aren't for you. "

Run really wide
" When I tried these boots on in the store I didn't have a problem; however, once I got them home and tried wearing them for the first time I realized that they were too wide. I went to the mall for a couple of hours and by the time I got home I had blisters on the side of my ankle where the boots would rub as I took a step. The length is fine but they run very wide. I have to wear a normal pair of socks and a thick pair of socks to keep them from rubbing.
On a positive note, I work out a lot and I have muscular calves so I usually run into issues finding boots that will zip all the way up and these boots fit fine over my calves...maybe because they are so wide. "

Classy and functional!
" I LOVE these boots... the color is true to the picture and they leather is a very nice quality, ESPECIALLY given this price. The heel is perfect--it dresses them up a bit but is completely comfortable to wear (I'm on my feet constantly at work, and I can wear them the all day and still be going strong at the end!).
My only comment is that they're a bit long in the toe aesthetically--it fits thick socks for winter though, so it's worth it I guess. All in all a fantastic purchase! "
