comfy bootie
" This bootie is actually very comfortable and the leather is sooo soft! They look good with skinny jeans....don't know if I would wear them with a skirt. The tip of the shoe looks a little "elfie" but I still really like them! "

Great Shoe, Touchy Fit

" I love this shoe. I love the way it looks. I love the way the heel sits under the foot, solidly. I love how chic it looks on and that you can wear it with so many things. I didn't know that it was a synthetic upper at first. It really looks like real leather. That said, I ordered in my size, a 9, and my heel slid out when I walked. Otherwise, they were so comfortable. Really comfortable. I have wide feet, so I was really surprised my size didn't fit. I returned them and got an 8 1/2. I've been wearing them around the house and haven't decided whether to keep them or not. I love them, but this smaller size is kind of tight, and since it's a synthetic upper, I'm afraid that it won't stretch. If it was leather, I know they'd be fine in a week or two. The slit down the front is stylish, bit it means that the shoe really wears like a pump, and like a pump, needs to fit snuggly enough to not slip off but not so tight that your toes feel tortured. Right now, my toes are trying to figure it all out. I'm pretty sure I'll keep them, and hope for the best. They're really solid, good looking shoes and seem like a real staple for a dressy-casual wardrobe (I teach). I need to be on my feet all day so we'll see how it goes. If your foot isn't wide, you'll probably be fine sizing down. With a wide foot, sizing down has meant sacrificing a little comfort in an otherwise pretty comfy show. "
