NIKE AIR MONARCH - Noisy Shoe
"These shoes make a horrible noise. I purposely purchased them due to the fit and comfort in long walking. I went to England and Paris with these shoes and could not wear them after the first couple of days due to the noise that the right shoe makes while walking. It sound as if I was wearing a clown shoe that squeeks when you walk. Can I get a refund for them or replace them with another noiseless shoe?"

Nike Men's Air Monarch - Horrible Squeaking Noises
"I've bought these shoes at DSW a few weeks ago and they've developed this horrible squeaking noises and wondering if I could get my money back. They're comfortable but this squeak is unbearable."

Husbands Nikes
"My Husband has a problem with buying shoes because of size and width. We have been to your DSW store in Virginia and my husband found the exact type of shoe he wanted and it fit perfectly. That same day we also bought two pair of shoes for my mother-in-law who also had shoe problem and she wore them constantly. Kudos to DSW!!!!!! His Nikes also fit him perfectly----He loves them. We will ALWAYS be DSW shoppers. Also your prices are GREAT!!!!!!"

"DSW was great with my order. I ordered 8.5 based on current sneakers, these felt a little loose. Customer service helped me get another pair as I returned the ones for credit because it showed only 5 left. DSW has great customer service!!!!!! I will always buy my shoes from them"
