Amazing
" I love these boots. Being a horseback rider I love that I can get boots that look JUST like my riding boots only they are a whole lot more comfortable and a touch more stylish.
I have wide feet and calves a touch on the wide side, but the normal boots works fine and the foot is also wide enough. There is no break-in...fit amazing the first time around.
I really cannot say enough good things about these boots, worth every penny.

These Boots are a Blunder!
" I am completely disappointed with this pair of boots—and feel miserable about the purchase--total buyer's remorse--considering the price isn’t exactly “cheap.” I ordered the pair a week or so ago and was excited to receive them this morning (a few days ahead of schedule)—but how deflated their arrival left me feeling!
First, upon opening the boot, I noticed that the color wasn’t exactly the lighter-brown that it appears to be in the photograph available on the website; fine—the boot still appeared luxurious and “pretty.” But as I unpacked the boot, I noticed that the shaft is much flimsier than expected. I was surprised, because I have other shoes by Ciao Bella, and those other, older pairs are much better-made than these boots.
Then, the biggest sign that something was amiss came when it took me a good ten minutes per boot just to get the zipper on each to go down! In particular, the zipper on both boots “snags” when it gets to the ankle area—probably due to the “reinforcing seam” located there, as well as the slight curve in the angle of the boot. (This is a HUGE drawback to having the zipper on the outer and back of the boot, as opposed to on the inside).
Finally, my heart dropped when, after struggling to even put the boot on and finally managing to do so, I couldn’t zip them up! It’s not that my legs/calves are overly large, and I can tell that if the zipper were to zip, there would be plenty of room for my legs and tights, jeans, etc. to fit comfortable. No—the problem is that the outside, back-facing zipper simply is not a good idea when it comes to zipping over the curves and swells of a sock-clad ankle and calves. The zipper on both boots would not budge at all!
When I took the boots off, I was able to zip them back up again, but it takes two hands a really good yank to get it moving. I don’t know if the zipper would “soften” and “ease up” over repeated use, but it seems to me that there’s no use using a boot if you have to be worrying constantly whether or not the zipper is going to hold up. I believe that the wear-and-tear required to even get this stubborn zipper to work would mean that the zipper portion would break super-fast—within a month or so of repeated use.
All in all, I’m utterly disappointed, as I’ve said, and will be returning these boots as soon as possible. I’m better off shopping in person and paying a bit more for something that is both lasting in quality AND wearable! "

" I love these boots! I wear them all the time with skinny jeans. They are perfect for winter. I am a size 8.5 and they fit perfectly! They also look very high end and are extremely comfortable. I would definitely buy from this brand again! "

Versatile "Riding" Boot
" I ordered this boot (in black) after buying a similar Ciao Bella boot (in brown) in the store and being very pleased with them. The sizing is perfect, I didn't even have to go up 1/2 a size as I sometimes do for boots. I have medium to thicker calves and was not sure if the boots would be too tight in that area, they are not. They were snug for about the first 2 wears and now zip up nice and easy, even with wool socks and jeans tucked in. These boots can easily be dressed down or up. So far i've worn them with a sweaterdress and leggings and multiple skinny jean outfits. These are a fantastic boot for fall! "
