Good for snow
" I had tried these on at the store in the next size down, they were slightly tight, so I ordered them in the next size. These are slightly big, but these boots are not available in 1/2 sizes, so bigger is better! I bought them to replace the predecessor model of the same boot I had that were at least 10 years old, because the zippers broke. But I had loved that they were lightweight and waterproof and these are the same. They would never be considered fashion boots, but I am wearing them tho walk the dogs on trails in snow and slush! "

comfy but not that warm
" These boots are super comfy, but I don’t find them very warm. I have been wearing them with my REI SmartWool socks and after about 45 minutes my toes get cold. They are definitely waterproof though. The first night I wore them I was sloshing through ankle deep slush and puddles and not one leak! In addition to them not being very warm I also find them short. They only come up a few inches or so above my ankle so walking along un-shoveled paths causes issues if there has been a good deal of snow. I am thinking these may be better early spring/late fall rain boots than winter boots. "

good for one season
" I bought those shoes after I found out about upcoming blizzard in NYC area. I was able to use them and I loved it after couple of times of wearing them I realized that my socks get wet in various spots. I will wear them till the end of this winter and next season I am getting a different brand. "

I had high hopes. . .
" These boots look good and feel pretty comfortable, but my feeT still got a little cold. Maybe if I wear thicker socks they might be warmer. The material on the toe of the boot has started to scratch off, probably when I tap my boots against something to get the excess snow and ice off. Overall, not a bad boot for the price, but when it comes time to replace them, I will find something better made. "
