Steve Madden Oxford Flat
" I really love Oxfords and was thrilled when I found these at DSW. The shoes are comfy though I would recommend them for casual versus dressy wear as they aren't very solid. Thin material showed wear after a few days of indoor only wear and sole show wear quickly. I would recommend for casual wear but would not likely purchase these again at just under $50. "

I love them despite their negative aspects...
" I have this shoe in the tan color not shown anymore other than in the icon. It runs a bit wide and is a bit short in length so you will want to order a size up and you will need normal to slightly wider feet. They were stiff the first two wears but now they are soft and form nicely to the feet. the shoe does soak up water so you will need to use a waterproof coating. Also, there is no padding in the sole, so you will need to buy a pair if you plan on using these for more than a few hours. I agree that the price is a bit high due to these reasons. The only reason I rate these shoes so highly is because they look great and are comfortable because it does mold to the foot so well lol. One more thing, you will need to buy sole grips or what ever your trick is to give better traction because these shoes have no traction in the front. The price really should come down 10 dollars though for what you are getting. "

Comfy
" They are comfortable for everyday wear. They kind of look like tap dancing shoes, without the tap of course. If you dont mind that then get them "

Steve Madden Oxford flats
" I recently purchased these shoes about two weeks ago. I was happy that they shipped really quickly. The only complaint I have about these shoes is that the leather quality is not so great and they run a little short. If the shoes get wet it leaves a weird water mark but it dries fairly quick. Other than that I think these shoes are over priced and you are just paying for the name Steve Madden. "
