Great shoe
" I love this shoe. Exchanging the size was easy at the store, and I love the look and the feel of the shoe. I can even wear them with my inserts! Comfy city.... "

Narrow-er than normal
" I've bought New Balance crosstrainers for years, so I went online with complete confidence that size 9 NB trainers would fit perfectly. No such luck this time though. I found them to be very narrow, hurting the sides of my feet. I exchanged them at the store for a pair of size 9 Nike. "
