decent running shoe
" I have owned ASICS before, in fact a pair that looks very similar to this and have not had issues. This pair fits a little different and I do have a problem with it rubbing a blister on the inside of my left foot. But unlike other shoes my shins and knees do not hurt when I jog for long periods of time so I will continue to wear them with added blister protection. "

Asics Gel
" I have been a long time fan of the Asics Gels. I am a 6/12 in regular shoes but in sneakers I usually have to buy a 7. Some of the other Asics styles in the 7 are still too long in the toe, but the Gels fit perfectly in the 7. Have gone running in them several times, very supportive in the heel and good arch support. "
