Awesome comfort, great style!
" I wanted a Croc that didn't look like a Croc for a trip to Chicago from Santa Monica, CA. I needed something very comfortable and that could be worn as a casual shoe easily. This style allows for that. I wear Crocs all the time (probably too much) - because I dislike the look of athletic shoes and I like a slide that is easy on, easy off. When I found these, I immediately tried them on and found them to be even more rugged and durable than the classic ones I always wear. After wearing them in April in Chicago all day long for several days, my feet were fine and the shoes hold up unbelievably well. The back ankle strap is nice in that it can be worn down or up - so you have that flexibility. If you want the shoe more fitted, you can put the strap up; if not, it sits nicely on the shoe. There are slits in the shoe so that if your feet sweat, it's no sweat! That is one of the features I love about Crocs; I hate wearing socks and the style allows for open-air comfort, but support and protection at the same time. If it gets a little colder out, like it did in Chicago, I simply added a sock and then they were just like a totally closed shoe, so they are very versatile. I wore them all spring and fall - now into my second year with them and they look brand new! They were definitely a great investment. An added bonus is that they look like a classic clog and go with just about everything. So if you need a casual, comfy shoe for all day into night wear, this is it! You won't be sorry! "
