" It's a pretty bag, but bigger than I expected. It would be perfect as a school bag, but I wanted a bag more for everyday use. Also, the shoulder strap is a little long and the hooks are too small for where you hook it onto, so you have to push it in which leaves a little scratch. Also the shoulder strap isn't adjustable, so if you're short then I don't recommend getting it. I'm about 5'5" and the bag hits me right at the knee. Still deciding whether I should keep it or not. "

Great Bag
" I really like the bag. It is a really functional bag that meets my needs. The only drawback is that online the color says gray and it isn't really a true gray. The invoice showed up as taupe and on the tag it says stone. I mean stone and gray can be considered a bit similar but not taupe. I thought the color would be a bit darker so the picture is a bit deceiving. Other than that, I really like it. It's cool how I could either use it as cross body bag or over the shoulder. Versatility is a plus for me! "
