At last! A gladiator sandal I can wear!
" I really like these, and best of all; THEY FIT MY AVERAGE ANKLES! I don't have "tooth-pick" or "bird" legs / ankles. I've tried several different brands and they all have one thing in common - the ankle straps were for people with tiny ankles! These sandals have nice length straps that will fit those with what I consider normal ankles, some may consider them as athletic ankles. What ever! They're not just for tooth-pick legs!
The leather is soft and supple, so if they seem a little snug, they will give a little as you wear them. Be aware, these do have a toe thong, so if that bothers you these aren't going to be for you. "

Gladiator sandals for men that work (finally)!!!
" Very comfortable sandals with a snug fit that's not too tight. Excellent craftsmanship & high quality materials make for a product that you'll feel good about buying. You can tell that Mercanti Fiorentini cares about the customer & puts heart & soul into the shoes they make. The buckles are very durable & the leather for the sandal straps is just gorgeous. Thanks very much to Mercanti Fiorentini & DSW for making this model available. I look forward to future purchases from both. "
